Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 25 Cardamon Pods
  • 20 Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 20 whole cloves
  • 4 Star Anise
  • 8 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Nutmeg
  • 60 Grams Minced Dried Ginger
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Powder
  • 25 Grams Black Tea (I use Assam)

Instructions

Crush all ingrediance from Cardamon through Nutmeg (in a morter)

Put in an air tight container, I usually use a masson jar.

Add Ginger, Vanilla Powder, and Tea Leaves

Shake well

Steep about 1 tsp per 8-10 oz for about 5 minutes
